Meditation


I’ve made a new blog. It’s called Something Styled and it’s supposed to guide me and keep me focused and accountable and all of those other good things. Feel free to check it out.

I feel clearer today than I have in a really long time. Last night, after eating too much pizza and not feeling full (which is the case when I binge eat), I sat down and had a long, hard thinking session with myself. This was followed up this morning with a little post-workout meditation. I haven’t gotten myself this focused in awhile, and it’s amazing the difference in my desire to snack to relieve stress. It’s hard, but I really need to have this in my life every day. Every single day.

I’d encourage you all to look into meditation. There are some amazing health benefits and it literally takes just a few minutes to yourself per day. You owe yourself that much, trust me.
