At work, I’ve been working on what’s known as an “Individual Development Plan,” and I just wanted to give a shoutout to my supervisor and my company because they’re main goal is to get me where I can thrive and enjoy what I do and help me do what I need to do to get there.

I’m just feeling like a really lucky girl.
