So word on the street is everyone gained 5-35 lbs during their training last summer with ConocoPhillips. They take you out to eat every meal, keep you up late, and exhaust you during the day, leaving rigorous exercise only viable for the extremely dedicated or freakishly energized.
In all my exercise/nutrition education, I’ve come across a couple of tips that will help anyone facing a similarly dangerous eating-out weight gain dilemma:
1) Only eat half of your meal
2) Always refuse dessert
3) Meditate
4) Keep healthy snacks on hand during the day
Anyone have any other suggestions? All tips and tricks would be welcome and highly appreciated!!
